foreclosurefreesearch.com
will email you FREE listings for the counties you request in your state. You can click the listing you want more info on. To get the full listing and to buy the proprty you must subscribe. I've only gotten the free alerts. They have a 7 day free trial. The weekly fee is $5.95 if you subscribe.

Call a realtor. Enter into a "Buyers Agent" agreement. This costs you NOTHING, the SELLER always pays the realtor. Tell the realtor you are looking for REO, Corporate owned, bank owned, foreclosure, handyman,as-is, hud repos fannie mae specials etc.
Realtors have access to this information and can set you up on auto-emails. Showings are easy to schedule when you are interested in a property, because they are almost always vacant
